iSTORMWATER LLC is a rapidly growing and established stormwater inspection, maintenance, and repair services company serving commercial and multi-family properties throughout the DMV and beyond. Our mission is to help clients meet regulatory requirements, fulfill maintenance commitments, and minimize infrastructure costs. Our expert field team provides comprehensive services for aboveground and belowground stormwater systems, assisting clients with new builds, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and corrective actions.

Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team and elevate iSTORMWATER LLC to the next level. This is a full-time, hybrid position, reporting to our office in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales activities and build a team of high-performing sales representatives
• Generate leads, prospect new clients, conduct product presentations, negotiate extended service and inspection contracts, and hit sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on sales and promotional activities
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of new sales team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior team members
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
• A desire to network and build genuine relationships with clients
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the environmental or construction industry
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work well with a team and adapt as needed
• Knowledge of stormwater management or a related field is a plus

Work Environment

• This position may require travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and visit other company locations
• The Sales Manager will work primarily from their preferred location, with occasional in-office days

Field Technician

We’re looking for a Stormwater Field Technician with military background who can translate his or her expertise and skills to our Stormwater Management initiatives on military bases. This position has tremendous growth potential in a successful, expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine cleanup, maintenance and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure including retention ponds, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, etc.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for properties as directed.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment such as skid steers, back hoes, commercial mowers, and mechanically inclined loaders.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping and light construction equipment such as skid steers, back hoes, commercial mowers and mechanically inclined loaders.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for F-550 or similar with trailer.
• Dedication to safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
